On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Youth Ambassador Performing Arts Festival (YAPAF), to be held at the Ho Chi Minh Conservatory of Music Theatre on December 7–8, 2025. YAPAF is a prestigious gathering of young artists from around the globe, celebrating excellence, cultural exchange, and artistic development.

ADJUDICATORS
ADJUDICATORS
All adjudicators for the music and dance competitions are carefully selected for their qualifications and outstanding reputations. Drawn from around the world, they bring diverse perspectives and ensure fairness. YAPAF is committed to upholding honesty, transparency, and integrity in every festival and competition. The list of adjudicators will be announced by the registration deadline.
Prizes to be awarded
Prizes to be awarded
All participants will be awarded Gold, Silver, or Bronze trophies, as well as certificates, based on the marks they receive.
In each category, there will be a declared greatest performer awardee who will receive additional trophy, printed certificate and other additional awards (to be announced during the awarding ceremony)
Additional Awards: “Greatest Performer”: One “Greatest Performer” will be chosen per age group, per discipline (Music / Dance), in each category (Solo / Group).
Special Bonus: All “Greatest Performer” awardees will receive a one time 50 % discount on the competition registration fee for any upcoming YAPAF events, valid through all 2026 editions.
Lucky Draw: There will be a lucky draw open to all participants. Four winners - selected by their participant numbers (based on the IDs provided) - will each receive a 100% registration fee waiver for any upcoming YAPAF events, valid through all 2026 editions. Additional prizes may also be awarded to lucky draw winners and will be announced on the day of the draw.
